GENERAL INFO YOU NEED TO KNOW
Race Numbers We will assign you a race number for each class. We will provide you with the actual race numbers - 3 sets. You MUST run these numbers. They will be available at Sign Up at the Orleans Arena. Your bike needs to show up with white backgrounds. ABSOLUTELY NO REQUESTS FOR NUMBERS.

Race Credential Each racer will receive ONE wrist band - no matter how many classes you are racing. This must be worn on your wrist from the time you sign up until the end of the show. You will also receive a ticket that will provide a seat for you in the general seating area during the show. You can purchase ONE extra ticket for your mechanic or family/friend at the bottom of the Entry Form. These tickets are available on a limited basis - once you submit your entry you will not be able to purchase these at a later date.

Sign Up There will be a sign up area at the Orleans Arena - follow the signs. Sign up will be open on Thursday May 4, from 9AM until 9PM and on Friday from 6AM until Noon. Practice starts at 8AM so if you want to practice prior to qualifying rounds you need to complete the sign up process prior to 7:30AM.

Practice & Qualifying Each rider will be assigned to a group for practice and qualifying. You can not switch or exchange groups. You will receive a detailed schedule of what time your group(s) practice and qualify. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON TIME.

Transponders To insure the accuracy in qualifying and scoring, all race entries will use Transponders to track their lap times. We will provide the Transponders for each racer. We will charge a $100 retainer fee that will be refunded when the Transponder is returned. This fee will be collected at sign up via cash, a credit card charge, a check or you can leave your drivers license for security.
